Ending the Syndemic Training – Cherokee Nation 2026

Healthcare professionals serving the Cherokee Nation were invited to participate in the clinical training program, Ending the Syndemic at Cherokee Nation. This program provides comprehensive guidance for Cherokee Nation Health Services to effectively incorporate evidence-based treatment and management of SUD, HCV, HIV/STIs, as well as incorporate stigma and harm reduction into their everyday clinical practice. Participants had the opportunity to interact with experienced providers, join a supportive learning community, and engage in subsequent virtual ECHO programs relevant to the syndemic.
