I am married and my wife and I have 3 beautiful daughters that keep us very busy!

Lynette Goldtooth, MSN, RN, PHN Case Manager, is from Tuba City, Arizona, on the Navajo Nation. With 21 years of nursing experience, her background includes emergency nursing, ICU, trauma/EMS coordination, SANE, and public health nursing. She currently serves at Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, where she leads PHN case management referrals, provides weekly street medicine services, STI testing and treatment, health education, and outreach to unsheltered community members. Her work focuses on expanding access to preventive services in a remote Navajo reservation setting.

Dr. Patricia (Tricia) Capo, MD, FACOG, is an ObGyn physician at Alaska Native Medical Center and Southcentral Foundation in Anchorage, Alaska. She graduated from Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and completed her residency training at The Mayo Clinic and Greenville Hospital System in South Carolina. Tricia has an inherent passion for Indigenous women’s health. She is a member of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe and grew up on the White Earth Reservation in northern Minnesota. As a physician and a patient in the IHS system she hopes to provide a unique perspective and strive for quality care for Indigenous people.
