The program will offer a free ECHO collaborative to continue learning\, knowledge sharing and support during virtual ECHO clinics focused on diagnosis and management of individuals living with dementia\, including care planning\, care preferences\, medication management\, management of challenging behaviors and treating patients with holistic\, culturally responsive care. \nThe 1-hour telehealth sessions will offer clinicians an opportunity to present cases\, receive recommendations from peers and an interprofessional team of specialists working in Indian Country\, and an opportunity to obtain CE credit following participation in a didactic presentation. The sessions will take place virtually using the Zoom platform and will be held the 2nd Thursday of every month at 11am PT. \nWhat we’ll Cover \n\nDementia Recognition\nDementia Diagnosis\nDementia Assessment\nDementia Management
