The ECHO aims to increase access to care for American Indian and Alaska Native people by providing skills of health care provision\, disease control\, and prevention and help to eliminate health disparities by supporting the workforce to improve Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) using a community-based approach. The program will offer a free ECHO collaborative to continue learning\, knowledge sharing and support during virtual ECHO clinics focused on relationship and trust-building\, communication and social determinants of health. 2026 topics include: \n\nHarm Reduction\, PrEP and PEP: Preventing HIV\nSexual Health and STIs 101\nUsing Community Data for Action\nDiabetes in Tribal Community Contexts\nCardiovascular Health Awareness\nTrauma-Informed Care for CHRs\nSupporting Community Mental Wellness\nImmunization Awareness & Education\nHealth Messaging\nTraditional Healthcare Workers\nSelf-Care and Wellness\n\nThe 1-hour telehealth sessions will offer community-based health care workes an opportunity to engage with peers and an interprofessional team of specialists working in Indian Country\, and an opportunity to obtain a Certificate of Completion following participation in a didactic presentation. The sessions take place virtually using the Zoom platform and are held the *3rd Mondays of every month at 12pm PT starting in February 2026. *Please note due to the holidays\, the February 2026 session will be held on the second Monday of the month at 12pm PT
